This TikTok I found initially inspired to make this psychedelic weird background for the falling scene on my FMP.

It told me to go to artbreeder, a free software that transitions backgrounds smoothly. I decided to process of my pictures of the bridges and then add 2 stock landscapes to create this immense background.

With this video i decided to do the following in Premier Pro. I added VR projection so i could pan and tilt the video. Mess up the hue of the video using colour balance HLS this made it look more vibrant. Lastly i could of added an invert effect to make it even more wacky.
