Surrealism and surreal

Surrealism looks at dreams and the subconscious mind. Surreal is an adjective that means bizarre, dreamlike and unreal. For my FMP, my main inspiration are surreal and uncanny. I wanted to portray this. After looking at some examples of surreal moments in cinema. They are almost horrific but just weird. Not too scary but "what the fuck am i watching kind of thing" . Honestly when I think about it my work isn't as weird as these moments. I think capturing surrealism, Automatism is key. Have no plans, no order and just doing it. I did this for the burger project and that's definitely feels surreal. With the FMP I feel like most stuff is really planned and I'm not doing it on the spot but checking back on my mistakes.
