Kovásznai György: Monológ (1963

A fine arty film that portrays a child's view on her families' generation. Her grandparents were not compatible. They lied to one another. 'Moustache'. World War One broke out and it created many widows. The Widows would go to 'young muscly men'. Everyone was living off 'Bayer Asperin'. Just when things were good. The Second World War broke out. The narrator was a child when it happened. She sees all illusion, how badly war has traumatized her memories. I think the message is saying that if a child witnessed any trauma in childhood, they will find it hard to accept life.
